By accessing or using the Knox Courier website (“Site”) or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Offered
Knox Courier provides courier and delivery services including same-day, scheduled, and industry-specific logistics.
2. Service Limitations
While we strive for on-time deliveries, Knox Courier is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Knox Courier is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
4. Payment Terms
All services are subject to agreed pricing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled if the courier has not yet been dispatched. Once a delivery is in progress, no refunds will be issued.
6. Liability
Knox Courier is not liable for consequential or indirect damages. Liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the declared value or $100, whichever is less, unless higher value coverage is arranged in advance.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or website access without notice.
